The saying, “Old habits die hard”, is true, and I can say that from experience. With that being said, I breaking an old habit is the hardest thing I am trying to do. What about you? Here are a few habits I am trying to break:   Working Out-Quiting A few years back, I started working out regularly. For a while, about nine months, I was successful, then I quit. Since then, it has been one crazy rollercoaster ride. I will work out for a week, quit, and start a few months later. This has to change. Living in fear I always let fear get the best of me. I am the one that holds back because fear of failure. However, most people fail many times before being successful. For me to be successful, I am going to have to let this fear go and see what happens. I cannot let fear stop me. Looking for Validation When you look for validation from someone else, you are showing the lack of confidence you have in yourself. This is a habit that I need to change. I should have enough confidence in myself. After all, I am the only one that has to live my life. As mentioned above, it is hard to do. Like anything else, it takes time.
